Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for telecom infrastructure and network services.
- Identify, document, and verify software defects, bugs, and anomalies in communication systems.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and patches do not disrupt existing functionalities.
- Analyze system performance under high load to ensure reliability and stability.
- Collaborate closely with network engineers and developers to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ensure all products and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough validation of Voice over IP (VoIP), SMS, and data transmission protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Quality Assurance within the Telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication protocols such as SS7, SIP, IMS, and VoIP.
- Proficiency in using testing tools like Wireshark, JIRA, Postman, and LoadRunner.
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings to cross-functional teams.
