- Manage end-to-end site acquisition lifecycle from identification to final permitting
- Conduct comprehensive field monitoring and site assessments for technical feasibility
- Lead stakeholder negotiations with property owners, government agencies, and community representatives
- Resolve complex issues and obstacles to maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Implement progress tracking systems and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, and construction teams for seamless project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecommunications site acquisition or project management
- Proven expertise in negotiating complex agreements with diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of Philippine telecommunications regulations and permitting processes
- Strong analytical skills for site evaluation and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and GIS tools
