Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust telecommunications and VoIP systems.
- Manage and optimize contact center platform configurations to ensure high availability and efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate new telecom technologies with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system architecture diagrams.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated network and connectivity issues.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations across all communication platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or contact center operations.
- Strong proficiency with PBX systems, SIP trunking, VoIP protocols, and contact center technologies (e.g., Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, or similar).
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall security.
- Experience with cloud-based communication platforms and API integrations is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively support internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
