Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telecommunications services, internet connectivity, and billing.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, promotions, and service plans.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical concerns to appropriate departments.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs, including quality scores and call resolution times.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the telco industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive mindset and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
