We are looking for a dedicated professional to design, maintain, and secure our critical communication infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the reliability of our networks, supporting the seamless delivery of healthcare services through advanced telecommunications technology. As part of our IT team, you will manage complex network environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive digital transformation. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust telecommunication and network infrastructure.
- Ensure network security, data privacy, and compliance with healthcare industry standards (e.g., HCLN).
- Perform regular system audits, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users and clinical systems.
- Plan and execute the deployment of new technologies, including fiber optics and wireless networks.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to procure and integrate new communication solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in network engineering within a large-scale environment.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, VoIP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCIP, or equivalent.
- Experience with network management tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare setting.
