- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of telecommunications infrastructure for Google's global data centers
- Develop cutting-edge telecom solutions that meet the growing demands of Google's expanding network
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecommunications systems with other data center components
- Stay current with the latest telecommunications technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

- Develop and maintain documentation for telecommunications systems and processes
- Monitor and optimize telecommunications performance to ensure reliability and efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expert knowledge of data center telecommunications systems, including fiber optics, networking, and wireless communications
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex telecommunications projects
- Experience with telecommunications standards and protocols relevant to data center environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex telecommunications issues
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing requirements
