As a Telecommunications Officer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our extensive telecommunications infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications systems including PBX, VoIP, and CCTV
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hotel communication systems
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests as needed
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures
- Document system configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT team to integrate telecommunications with other systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications or IT support
- Strong knowledge of PBX systems, VoIP technology, and network protocols
- Certification in relevant technologies (Cisco, Avaya, etc.) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on shifts and respond to emergency situations
