Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries regarding telecommunications services.
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend the best telecom packages and solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team and management to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
