Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and products.
- Identify and qualify leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
- Present solutions effectively over the phone, overcoming customer objections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules or weekends if required.
