Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
- Explain complex insurance and brokerage products to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales performance targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service.
