Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling and warm leads to introduce our services.
- Clearly explain service offerings and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly outbound call volume and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and common objections to help improve sales scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- High level of comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
