Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and generate interest.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospective client interactions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation quotas.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to prospects to influence purchasing decisions.
- Handle prospect objections professionally and effectively to turn inquiries into sales.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of generated leads.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in a BPO or call center is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to remain resilient and positive in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software or MS Office.
- Ability to work in a full-time capacity with a consistent attendance record.
