Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the taxPOD platform.
- Persuade prospects to schedule appointments with sales representatives.
- Identify and qualify sales leads based on client needs.
- Record detailed client information accurately in the CRM database.
- Research and gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly tone.
- Strong ability to overcome objections and close sales conversations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of tax or accounting concepts is highly preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
