Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming online inquiries professionally and provide accurate product/service information
- Follow up on leads systematically to convert them into qualified appointments
- Proactively schedule client meetings and maintain detailed appointment calendars
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with precision
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets
- Build rapport with potential clients while representing company values
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of telemarketing or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to work with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Target-driven mindset with ability to handle rejection constructively
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
