Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to generate high-quality leads and schedule consultations with potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Present and explain Premier Heavy Equipment products and services to businesses in the region.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive company revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information accurately in the system.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is required.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and active listening skills.
