Gosei Imaging Pte Ltd, a premier provider of advanced imaging and printing solutions in Singapore, is expanding our sales force. We are on the lookout for a confident and articulate Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generation) to join our team on a Part-Time basis. Based in our Serangoon office, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to corporate clients across Singapore, introduce our innovative product suite, collect key information, and generate high-quality, qualified leads for our experienced field sales team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses across various industries to introduce products and services.
- Identify key decision-makers and gather valuable business intelligence.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our imaging solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.
- Handle initial objections professionally and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 'N' / 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage (training will be provided for fresh candidates).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is a strong plus.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
- Must be able to commit to at least 3 shifts per week.
- Singaporean, PR, or valid work pass holder.
