Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
- Persuade customers to make purchases through effective communication and value proposition
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
- Report sales activities and results to management regularly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sales or telemarketing (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with ability to work under targets
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is advantageous for regional expansion projects
- Positive attitude with resilience in handling rejection
