- Contact potential customers via telephone to present and explain products and services
- Answer questions from customers and provide information about products and services
- Record customer details and transactions, and update relevant databases
- Enter customer data into CRM systems accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Follow up on customer leads and maintain ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
