Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound calls to prospective clients using provided warm and cold leads.
- Clearly articulate service offerings and value propositions to decision-makers.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of client interactions and lead status.
- Identify potential opportunities and qualify prospects to assist the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up consultations for account managers.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly outbound call targets.
- Provide feedback on call outcomes to optimize marketing and lead-generation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Telemarketing, Outbound Sales, or Customer Service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and manage rejections professionally.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for our diverse client base).
