- Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
- Present product and service information clearly and persuasively to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales team members
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level education
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call centre operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Confident and proactive approach to cold calling
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
