Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our service offerings.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through diligent follow-ups and effective relationship management.
- Accurately document customer information and interaction details within our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs, including call volume and qualified appointment targets.
- Articulate product or service value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitching scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular progress reports to management regarding sales activities and lead status.
Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new scripts, processes, and service offerings.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during peak hours.
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role is advantageous but not mandatory as training is provided.
