Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls to introduce our IT service portfolio.
- Qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline by identifying client needs and pain points.
- Clearly explain complex technical services in an easy-to-understand and persuasive manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly outbound call targets and lead generation quotas.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM software.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships to ensure long-term client retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer, Inside Sales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and charismatic phone presence.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions or a strong willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
- Ability to remain resilient and positive in the face of rejection.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based setting.
