Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to prospective business clients via cold calling.
- Clearly articulate and present our suite of loan products and services to decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure high-quality prospect pipelines.
- Effectively handle objections and turn potential roadblocks into sales opportunities.
- Schedule high-value appointments for senior consultants to close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all calls and lead statuses in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or cold calling is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily targets.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with basic CRM tools or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to commit to the requested casual/vacation employment period.
