Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the internal database.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding product specifications and availability.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through active listening and effective questioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and customer sentiment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a customer service-oriented role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejections.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- A clear understanding of sales metrics and target-oriented work environments.
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
