Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to promote ESG consulting services and sustainable business solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Update and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop customized sustainability proposals
- Document client interactions and sales activities according to company protocols
- Participate in regular training sessions on ESG trends and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills with persuasive ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Basic understanding of environmental, social, and governance concepts
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
