Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company services and solutions.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for our sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the business development team to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately within the CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume and conversion.
- Provide clear and concise information about service offerings while addressing customer questions and objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign responses.
- Ensure all interactions follow company compliance standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong command of English with an excellent and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or database management.
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse prospects.
