Tanggung Jawab

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company services and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for our sales pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the business development team to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately within the CRM database to ensure data integrity.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume and conversion.
  • Provide clear and concise information about service offerings while addressing customer questions and objections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign responses.
  • Ensure all interactions follow company compliance standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong command of English with an excellent and professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or database management.
