Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through professional and effective communication.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine telemarketing scripts and strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team monthly performance targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback on customer objections and market trends to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Confident, resilient, and persistent personality with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
