Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold and warm calling to generate interest in our services.
- Clearly communicate product value propositions to prospects to convert leads into sales meetings.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospect interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive brand experience during every interaction.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services to resolve their pain points.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive personality.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally while staying motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM software usage.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of independence and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for regional coverage.
