As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales through outbound calls. You will be responsible for presenting products/solutions to potential clients, building rapport, and achieving sales targets. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Promote and explain products/services offered by the company
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives if needed
- Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call metrics and sales targets
- Provide feedback to management on customer objections and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Able to work in Central Singapore area
