Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calling to generate advertising sales leads
- Present and promote our e-commerce advertising solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and approaches
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive telephone manner
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities to convert leads into sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
