Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls to present financial products and services
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or objections professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies
- Continuously update product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English
