Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
- Positive attitude with a resilient approach to handling rejection
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other languages is a plus
