Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct persuasive outbound cold calls to identify and qualify new business leads
- Present product/service solutions tailored to client needs and pain points
- Accurately document all interactions and update CRM systems in real-time
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
- Provide valuable market feedback to product development teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven telemarketing or inside sales experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain self-discipline in remote settings
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with closing mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
