Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Clearly explain services and value propositions to prospects to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Maintain an accurate and organized record of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly call volume and lead generation targets.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads to schedule appointments for senior advisors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on market trends and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of performing effectively in a 100% remote working environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
