Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via outbound calls to promote company products and services.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate lead information and follow-up status.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding pricing and service offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective scripts and calling strategies to improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
- Strong resilience with the ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to earn high commissions.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software or data entry tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
