Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell insurance products.
- Identify and qualify leads based on client needs and budget.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to overcome objections and close sales.
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM database after every interaction.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and move them toward conversion.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or the insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
