In this role, you will act as the voice of our brand, engaging with key decision-makers to generate high-quality B2B leads.

We are looking for a native-level Mandarin and Cantonese speaker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the resilience to turn cold calls into golden opportunities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute outbound cold-calling campaigns targeting B2B prospects in the Hong Kong market.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations over the phone to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information and interaction history.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including call volumes and lead conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting on market feedback and competitive insights gathered during calls.

Kualifikasi

  • Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B business development preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections gracefully in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work within the specific time zones relevant to the Hong Kong market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or performance metrics.
  • Good computer literacy and experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
