- Develop and implement comprehensive telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telemarketing representatives, providing guidance and support for optimal performance
- Monitor team performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize conversion rates
- Train team members on effective communication techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling
- Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to ensure alignment of telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a high-performing telemarketing team
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in telemarketing
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting sales data and making data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
