The Role
As our Telemarketing Officer, you will act as the trusted advisor for our customers. You will engage with clients over the phone, helping them understand the full suite of our vehicle insurance products, from comprehensive motor policies to specialized add-on coverage. Your primary goal is to guide customers towards the best protection for their vehicles while consistently achieving individual and team sales targets. We provide the leads and tools; you bring the passion and drive to connect, recommend, and close the deal.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and upsell comprehensive vehicle insurance policies.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding insurance coverage, policy terms, premiums, and benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion ratios.
- Process new policy applications, renewals, and policy endorsements in the company's CRM system efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding their insurance policies and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of competitor products and market trends to effectively position our offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field (Business, Marketing, or Finance is an advantage).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service role within the insurance or banking industry is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Malaysian Insurance Institute license (e.g., PCI, CEILLI) is a strong plus.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and comfortable using CRM software.
- Ability to work in shifts if required (standard business hours primarily).
