- Outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
