Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads generated by the marketing team.
- Present and promote IBNU Sina Wellness's healthcare and wellness packages to potential customers.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide professional, tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear, persuasive product information.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and continuously improve sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Highly target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Resilient nature with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
