Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company products and services effectively.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture customer relationships and secure sales conversions.
- Deliver accurate and compelling product presentations over the phone to meet daily and monthly quotas.
- Maintain and update accurate customer data and sales activity logs in the CRM system.
- Assist the field sales team by providing necessary support and information during client meetings.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales management team.
- Handle objections professionally and guide potential customers through the sales funnel.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly speaking tone.
- Persuasive negotiation skills and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during high-volume calling periods.
- Valid Indonesian ID (KTP) and willingness to work in Jakarta Barat.
