Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote building materials products
- Present product features and benefits to potential clients effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and call volume metrics
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems

- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective calling strategies

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English comprehension
- Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable operating in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy with CRM software knowledge
