- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and identify needs.
- Effectively qualify leads and manage high-volume calling lists with accuracy.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the technical and sales teams to facilitate further discussions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company CRM.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture potential leads to ensure timely engagement.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding call volume and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales department to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino, with a clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle objections with grace.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite.
