Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients regarding ERP, IT, and AI solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospects via phone.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
