Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and mentor a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies and scripts
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Train new hires on company products, services, and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales leadership
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
