Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls professionally using switchboard systems
- Relay messages accurately between staff and guests across departments
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and emergency calls with discretion
- Maintain detailed call logs and communication records
- Coordinate with concierge, front desk, and management teams
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive guest and business information
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of telephone operator or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Proficiency with switchboard systems and basic office software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
