Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume incoming/outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information and courteous service to all callers
- Operate telephone switchboard and communication systems effectively

- Maintain detailed call logs and documentation
- Assist with guest inquiries and basic information requests

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or telephone operations preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment
