- Manage high-volume incoming/outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about KPJ Healthcare services, departments, and facilities
- Route calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining professional standards
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and resolve basic issues promptly
- Manage call logs and maintain accurate communication records
- Support administrative tasks including appointment scheduling and message taking
- Uphold confidentiality protocols for all patient communications
- Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate patient needs and transfers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or telephone operations
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in telephone systems and basic office software
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred
