Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming/outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about FINNS services, events, and promotions
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments and take detailed messages
- Maintain updated directory of staff and contact information
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and data entry
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all communications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in telephone operations or customer service
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional telephone etiquette and clear speaking voice
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of Bali tourism industry is advantageous
